Transport – Laughlin, Nevada:
Laughlin is in the US state of Nevada, and is located very close to Nevada’s most famous city – sin city, Las Vegas.
Laughlin has a stunning lake and has a wide and varied selection of casinos and some of the best buffets and entertainment in the USA.
If you are choosing to travel to Laughlin you can fly into McCarran airport in Las Vegas and choose to rent a car and drive down to Laughlin from McCarran airport. Alternatively, Laughlin also has it’s own airport – called Bullhead, read below for more information.
Alternatively many hotels offer a shuttle service or you can take one of the many buses on offer.

Laughlin is located in the southeastern most corner of Clark County, Nevada, bordering Arizona and California. Laughlin is a growing gaming community, which lies on the banks of the Colorado River.

From Las Vegas, Nevada
Driving to Laughlin is very easy from McCarran Airport in Las Vegas. From the airport drive east on Tropicana Blvd to the US 515 freeway. Go south 10 miles to NV 95. Clearly marked signs to Laughlin and Needles, CA will direct you south through the towns of Searchlight, NV and Cal-Nev-Ari, NV.
5 miles south of Cal-Nev-Ari you will turn left (east) on NV State Rt 163, near the Gas Station and Casino billboards.. Drive 21 more miles east and you’re in Laughlin. Travel time is approx 1 hr and 30 minutes.
Take Highway 95 south
Turn right at Laughlin Turn-off, Highway 163, approximately 20 miles south of Searchlight
Take Highway 163 east to Laughlin
Turn right at intersection of Highway 163 and Casino Drive
Approximately 95 miles
From Southern California
Take I-15 North
Exit onto I-40 East toward Needles, California
Exit onto River Road
Travel north approximately 25 miles
Turn east onto Casino Drive
Approximately 250 miles from Los Angeles and 360 miles from San Diego
From Phoenix, Arizona
Take US 93 North
Exit onto I-40 West toward Kingman, Arizona
Exit at Beale Street
Take Highway 68 West
Turn right at Laughlin Bridge intersection onto bridge
Turn right at next intersection onto Casino Drive

Walking around downtown Laughlin isn’t great – so you should really use a car to get around to the various hotels and casinos.

Fly to Vegas, drive to Laughlin. The best deal we have found is to fly to Las Vegas on Southwest Air, then rent a new vehicle from Fox Rent-a-Car at McCarren Airport (Las Vegas’ Airport).
